We discuss your event format, expected headcount, space available, and preferred delivery method. Pricing and timeline confirmed before you commit to anything.
Jeff arrives before the event opens and sets up the complete studio — lighting, backdrop, equipment. The booth is self-contained, professional, and ready to go when doors open.
Each attendee spends roughly 5–8 minutes in the booth. Jeff guides posture, expression, and energy. No awkward self-directing — every person leaves with images they actually like.
Images go directly to each attendee via their phone or email — on the spot or by end of day. Full retouching available as a follow-up. Your attendees leave with something valuable in hand.

How much space does the booth require?
A dedicated area of roughly 10×12 feet works well — enough for the backdrop, lighting, and a small waiting area. Jeff will confirm exact needs based on your venue during the planning conversation.
How many people can be photographed per hour?
Approximately 8–12 people per hour with full coaching and image review. For high-volume events with instant delivery, throughput can be higher. We'll plan the session flow around your expected attendance.
What does instant delivery actually mean?
Images are lightly edited on-site and sent directly to each attendee's phone or email — typically within minutes of their session. No waiting until after the event. They can post to LinkedIn before they've left the building.
Do you travel for events outside Maryland?
Yes. Jeff travels for conference and trade show engagements nationwide. Travel costs are discussed during the planning conversation and included in your quote upfront — no surprises.
Is this available as a sponsor add-on?

How far in advance should we book?
